During the first half of the meeting, we will be running an instant connections exercise called “Flipchart Fiesta”, where we attempt to match up the things people want with the things that other people can offer.
Each business identifies 6 products or services they need (either occasionally or on an ongoing basis) and on the other side of their “chart” they identify what it is they supply. Each delegate then tours the “charts” matching items they can potentially supply to others and also expressing an interest in other delegates’ offers.
Delegates take away their flipcharts to make calls and arrange one-to-one follow up meetings. We would expect each delegate to pick up at least 6 requests for meetings.
After the break, our guest speaker is Garry Crosby, who will examine the things we need to do in order to grow our profits by 61%. Gary is a very capable business coach and he will take us through a very simple, but very effective, process.
