Structured networking, followed by a participative exercise where we attempt to match up the things people want with the things that other people can offer.
Each business identifies 6 products or services they need (either occasionally or on an ongoing basis) and on the other side of their “chart” they identify what it is they supply. Each delegate then tours the “charts” matching items they can potentially supply to others and also expressing an interest in other delegates’ offers.
Delegates take away their flipcharts to make calls and arrange one-to-one follow up meetings. We would expect each delegate to pick up at least 6 requests for meetings.
