In all aspects of business life we find ourselves negotiating – to achieve a sale, to purchase raw materials, to acquire a service or to hire an employee. But how sound is our technique ? Do we respect the same disciplines when buying and selling ?
This highly participative workshop examines the standard stages of a negotiation and then gives everyone the chance to put the theory into practice. We will analyse the 7 stages, understanding the relevance of each and appreciating how important it is not to move on too soon. Then everyone takes part in actual transactions with the objective of hammering out deals which are acceptable to both parties.
